Where do you operate from?
We have our storage/maintenance shed in Holtze NT. We cover all of Darwin and Palmerston out to Humpty Doo. Outside these suburbs may incur a small delivery fee to cover the extra time it takes us to get to your location.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
No, under certain conditions. We know life can throw unexpected curve balls your way, so if you need to cancel, that's fine. It may free up a little more time to spend with our own family 😁
If I book online is it guaranteed?
As much as we like computers to do all our work for us, we still need to check & confirm that we can accommodate your request to the best of our ability. Please wait to hear from us before you make your party invitations. Reply's can take few few hours to get back to you, if not replies/bookings are answered by the end of the day.
Can I have a castle set up in a park/public space?
Yes. However please make sure you get permission from the appropriate council body. Make sure the area is cleared of any sharp objects. Most parks don't have power access. We can provide a generator for an additional $50 (including petrol). If your event is a private function, you can supervise the castle yourself. However if your event is open to the public then you must have a trained jumping castle supervisor. Additional charges apply for supervision, please feel free to contact us for a quote.
How long does it take to set up and when does hire start?
We set up and dismantle for you! Providing the access is clear, it only takes about 20 minutes to set up and about 30 minutes to dismantle. Set up is done prior to your booked time and dismantling is carried out after your finish time. eg. on the booking form if you have picked 10am to 2pm we will be there outside these times. That way you don't loose any of your hire time.
Can I move the inflatable after it has been installed?
No. The inflatable must stay where the operator has installed it.
Can the castles operate in the rain?
Most castles come with a sun/rain cover. Whilst the castles can still operate in brief showers of rain, in the event of a storm, high winds, lightning or the onset of monsoonal rain, castles are not safe to operate. The power must be unplugged and the blower moved to a dry area.
Do you have insurance? What about safety?
We have $20 mil public liability insurance. Please advise us at booking time if you require a copy of our "Certificate of Insurance".
Our castles and games meet strict Australian Standards, we are members of the AAA (Australian Amusement Association) Australian Amusement Rides & Leisure Association (AARALA) and our inflatables are engineer certified and work safe passed.
All of our staff have their "Ochre Cards" - Working with Children Clearance.
Safety is our number one priority, we want everyone to have the most fun in the safest environment.
Do you have a COVID-19 Plan?
Yes we sure do. We have our NTG Certificate of Commitment and have submitted our COVID-19 plan. We encourage no contact delivery service, by booking on-line, paying on-line and watching our 3 in 1 safety video before your hire day. This will help our staff keep contact with you at the required 1.5m distance & minimum timeframe. All our products are sanitised and disinfected after every hire.
Do you require a deposit?
Under certain conditions. Cash payment is required upon arrival and set up of the castles. Credit card and EFT facilities are available via prior arrangement, and can be made prior to your booking.
How do I make a booking?
You can complete our online booking form. Unless your booking is not at home then please Contact us for a quote. Feel free to give us a call and ask as many questions as you like before you commit to a booking. Ph 0416 166 326 Available 7 Days
How long is the hire period?
Choose between 4 and *7 hour hire - applies to private home parties only - for other events please advise details of your planned function for a quote. Overnight hire is available in the dry season only (private homes only).
* Day hour hire time is usually 10am - 5pm
How much room do I need?
All castles need a clear flat surface

I don't have power, can I use my own generator?
No. Our Generators are purposely bought to suit our blower motors. Having a generator that is not correctly rated to our blower motors can damage them. In the best interest of your equipment and ours we will not take that risk.
What access is required?
You will need a minimum 2m pathway to get to the set up point. Please advise us on booking if there are any steps to get to the set up point. Some castles are up to 200kg in weight and are hard to move up steps. If there are steps the operator may need assistance to get to the set up point.
What ground surface is required?
It is preferable that the castle is set up on grass. Concrete or pavers is a possibility but please let us know when booking as different equipment is required to set up.
What if we cancel due to bad weather?
Weather Policy: Bookings during the Wet Season are subject to weather, in particular storms. Whilst brief showers of rain are tolerable, storms/heavy rain/winds are our enemy. If on the day of hire storms are looking imminent and you & I decide it is too unsafe to set up for the day & we need to cancel, there is no charge. But if you decide to take the risk and we are set up and operating, then a storm is coming before the end of your party and for safety it is best to pack down, full charges still apply.
